Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist role is based in Garner, North Carolina. This position requires candidates to operate MR imaging equipment, perform high quality diagnostic studies, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. Candidates are expected to bring their licensed credentials on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Garner, North Carolina
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating days (36 hours/week guarantee, however, actual hours per week may fluctuate)
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; ARRT (MR) certification required; CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Venipuncture Certification required; valid state drivers license as applicable; 0 years of experience required, but minimum of 1-2 years of MR experience in high volume environments preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating GE 1.5T or other designated vendor scanning equipment; proficiency running advanced MR studies independently; ability to work in a self-directed environment; experience managing customer interactions independently and resolving problems to mutual satisfaction; demonstrated patient care skills with the ability to explain complex medical terms and procedures clearly.
• Additional Information: Local travel may be required. The position involves working in a high-volume environment with advanced MR studies.
• Certifications: ARRT (MR); BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association; Venipuncture Certification.
