Job Description
Professional Case Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for clients with complex medical needs, including former energy workers and their families. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage medical equipment, and educate patients and caregivers. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
