Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Associate to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite, contract to hire opportunity in Reading, PA offers hands on exposure to business development, client engagement, and sales support activities while providing a structured path for professional growth. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and contributing to revenue generating efforts. Compensation:
$18.50/hour plus monthly commission

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through consistent outreach and engagement efforts.
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, researching potential contacts, and expanding prospect pipelines.
• Coordinate introductory conversations and schedule meetings that connect qualified prospects with appropriate sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate information within business systems while managing multiple activities and communications simultaneously.
• Contribute to team objectives by participating in training, learning sales processes, and developing skills for future advancement opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience gained through retail, hospitality, or other customer facing environments.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long term career path within sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems effectively, and operate comfortably within a fast paced setting.
• Proficiency with computer applications and the ability to navigate systems while engaging in phone based conversations; automotive industry exposure is beneficial but not required.
