Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Must-Have: - 2+ years of ICU experience - Ability to work night shifts Description: This position requires a registered nurse to work in an intensive care unit. The shift for this role is 7 PM to 7 AM. Minimum staffing for the shift is 2 registered nurses. There are currently staffing shortages due to several factors, including recent terminations and staff on maternity leave. This role will help cover shifts during this period. Candidates must be prepared to engage with critically ill patients and support their families. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential. Effective communication with the healthcare team will be vital. Applicants should be flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations in a dynamic environment.
