As a State Farm team member for Mark Quinnell - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. If you are self-motivated, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and are looking to make a positive impact, please consider joining us.What you'll be doing:Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Support State Farm office administration, technical and computers systems management.State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
