Warehouse Associate

Join the team powering one of the Philadelphia region's most advanced logistics operations! As a Commerce Warehouse Associate you will play a vital, hands-on role in keeping cargo moving efficiently from port to destination.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer products in a safe and efficient manner while performing a wide range of essential warehouse functions. A key part of this role involves operating various types of heavy industrial equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced port environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) (required for access to secure port facilities)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a fluctuating, non-traditional schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening and adhere to Holt's Drug and Alcohol Policy throughout employment
• Capable of working effectively in various outdoor and indoor weather conditions
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and thrive within a team environment
