The Trace 3 Government Program Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, management, and execution of a program to achieve mission-critical goals of the customer and the company. This role ensures programs are executed efficiently, effectively, and in full compliance with the Statement of Work. The Program Manager works collaboratively with Engineering, Sales, Recruiting, colleagues, and customer teams requiring an understanding and familiarity with overall project execution, including budgeting and financial management, contractual compliance, staff augmentation, employee attraction and retention, personnel management, and corporate finance. The Program Manager has responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the project with excellence, high quality and customer satisfaction while obtaining the planned gross profit for Trace 3 Government.
