Summary: The Management Analyst - Middle will provide management analysis support services for the Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract. This role involves planning, conducting life‑cycle management reviews, impact assessments, and providing administrative and management planning support. This position will necessitate extensive travel both domestically within the United States and internationally. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Planned and conducted life‑cycle management reviews and impact assessments and provided administrative management planning support for analyzing, developing, and updating policy and planning documents. Provide support as a coordinator who assists in planning and managing single or multiple projects and supports senior program managers in tracking performance, including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance. Provide a full range of functional expertise to include all activities related to information management. Expertly perform all required tasks, including, but not limited to creating, capturing, registering, classifying, indexing, storing, retrieving, disposal of records, and development of strategies to manage documents and publications. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills on a DoD service contract. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English. Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Familiarization with data administration, archival records, and handling Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Familiarization with Theater Enterprise‑Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), LOGICOL System, Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System‑Army (GCSS-A), Lead Materiel Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI‑DST), Medical Materiel Mobilization Planning Tool (M3PT) and other systems. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and shall obtain and use appropriate personal protective equipment as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a program applicable discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.). Minimum five (5) years of experience in management analysis. Experience making travel arrangements utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar programs. Knowledge of Army Regulation 25‑50 and experience in preparing and managing correspondence. U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to travel both domestically within the United States and internationally. Must have a Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Experience in a military or defense environment. #CJ Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $92,000 annually.
