Measurement & Report Analyst Location: Austin (Riata Trace) The Measurement & Report Analyst produces a variety of reports for the client and for Accenture. Reports are produced from a variety of reporting tools and software applications for the end customer. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Ensure ad hoc/standard operational reports are delivered accurately/on time Analyze designated performance measures/reports including financial, satisfaction and operational metrics Perform root cause analysis (for example customer satisfaction surveys) where required Work with other functional teams to access/understand data to be analyzed and identify process improvement opportunities Coordinate across multiple operations/functional teams to add reporting insight and support reporting needs as needed Interpret business needs of stakeholders and develop relevant solutions Collaborate and work with other analysts and developers, including point of contacts from various functional teams, to ensure that data meets reporting needs Document and test work products and conduct data quality checks on a regular basis. Job Requirements Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the working hours of 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Hybrid: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center Resource must live within the required distance of the Austin Riata Trace office location, meeting the Accenture Primary Residential Location (PRL) policy Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Excel Minimum 1 year of experience with Tableau and/or Power BI Preferred Qualifications Excel to include Power Query, Macros or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), advanced formulas Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word) Microsoft Certification(s) Python Programming Language Structured Query Language Project management software such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Lists, Forms Bachelor’s degree Professional Skills Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels and clients Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
