Overview Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG), an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a one‑stop distributor of access control and perimeter security products for professional dealers and installers across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of service and identify selling opportunities. Build and maintain deep knowledge of the regional marketplace and market participants; interpret and apply CPSG strategy accordingly. Direct selling activities of branch personnel to align with regional and national strategy. Develop and improve the capabilities of Branch Managers and other key regional positions; equip branch managers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to meet branch objectives. Support the region’s P&L and financial goals through regular monitoring of budget adherence and achievement of goals; collaborate with other Regional Managers to incorporate best practices. Manage all branch‑related capacity constraints, including people, space, and equipment, to meet customer demand while planning for future labor and capital needs. Collaborate with Executive management to develop regional sales and operational strategy, and annual budget with the goal of expanding market share through regular business development. Provide customer resolution and troubleshooting for the most complex business issues. Drive transformation by implementing tools to maximize employee engagement and improve customer experience. Mentor branch management on root‑cause analysis of process deviations to ensure highest customer satisfaction. Uphold and enforce safety standards, policies, visual aids, and procedures across all branches in the region. Accomplish and report on Continuous Improvement activities to meet annual budget goals. Comply with health and safety guidelines and ensure team compliance. Protect CPSG’s reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and participation in professional societies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed. Motivate and lead a high‑performance team by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining team members. Lead the performance management and compensation processes, communicating expectations, monitoring performance, and facilitating development. Maintain transparent communication to team members through meetings, one‑on‑one sessions, email, and regular interpersonal communications. Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture consistent with the CPSG mission, vision, and values. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years experience in a high‑volume warehouse environment or similar industry. 5+ years of customer account management or equivalent sales experience. Experience managing budgets and/or costs of a business unit. Prior experience with an ERP or similar business software. 3+ years of experience growing a market. Prior people management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 25% within the region; valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification. IDEA certification. Fluent in Spanish - reading and writing. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $110,823.00 – $183,047.50. Base pay offered may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
