Master Aesthetician

About the Role AURĀE Modern Medical + Spa is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Master Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This position begins contract-to-hire, with a clear and supported pathway from part-time hours to full-time employment as patient demand and scheduling needs expand. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about medical aesthetics, patient-centered care, and delivering a refined, high-touch client experience in a modern, wellness-focused environment. The ideal candidate values both clinical excellence and relationship-based care, and takes pride in creating safe, personalized, and results-driven treatment experiences. The Master Esthetician will perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with AURĀE’s internal protocols, while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, educate them on treatment options, and deliver individualized care that supports confidence, wellness, and overall aesthetic goals within a luxury med spa setting. Job Structure Contract to hire (After 90 days), Part-time, 16+ hours per week Key Responsibilities Perform customized facial and skincare treatments such as: Customized facials DiamondGlow® treatments Dermaplaning Hydrating and corrective treatments Acne and pigment-focused skincare Head spa treatments Lymphatic facial massage Pre- and post-procedure skincare support Wellness and relaxation-focused treatments Conduct professional skin consultations and treatment planning, performed within scope of practice and physician protocols Educate clients on treatment plans, risks, benefits, and post-care instructions Maintain accurate client charting and treatment documentation Support treatment preparation and post-care guidance Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment, professionalism, & energetic integrity of the treatment spaces Deliver a luxury-level client experience from consultation through follow-up Collaborate with medical providers and wellness staff as part of an integrative care team Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations & the client experience Required Qualifications Active South Carolina Esthetician License Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols Professional communication and client service skills Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and ongoing education Ability to thrive in a collaborative luxury environment Experience in medical spa or luxury spa settings preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced devices and medical aesthetics, or other specialized skills is highly preferred Prior medical spa or integrative wellness experience Sales-confidence and ability to educate patients on treatment options (no hard selling) EMR/EHR experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 15 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure including: $25+ per hands-on treatment/per hour 10% service commission 10% retail commission 100% gratuity retained by provider Membership and wellness package incentives Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Opportunities for growth within a luxury wellness brand Supportive, peaceful work environment rooted in wellness and balance EEO Statement AURĀE Modern Medical + Spa is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of color, religion, national origin, age, genetics, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or other legally protected status in employment opportunities and benefits.
