Recruiter Location: Orlando,Florida WorkArrangement: Full-Time,Onsite Department: HumanResources/TalentAcquisition ReportsTo: TalentAcquisitionManagerorHRDirector PositionSummary Weareseekinganexperiencedandresults-driven ConstructionRecruiter tojoinourteaminOrlando,Florida.Thisonsiteroleisresponsibleforattracting,sourcing,andhiringqualifiedconstructionprofessionalsandskilledtradespeopletosupportourgrowingoperationsthroughoutCentralFlorida. Theidealcandidatewillhaveaminimumof five(5)yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperiencewithintheconstructionindustry ,includingrecruitingforskilledtrades,fieldoperations,projectmanagement,andconstructionsupportfunctions.Thisindividualwillbuildstrongrelationshipswithhiringmanagers,developcreativesourcingstrategies,andmaintainarobustpipelineoftopconstructiontalent. KeyResponsibilities Managethefullrecruitmentlifecyclefromrequisitionintakethroughofferacceptanceandonboarding. Recruitforpositionsincludingbutnotlimitedto: ProjectManagers AssistantProjectManagers Superintendents Estimators ProjectEngineers SafetyManagers SkilledTradesProfessionals GeneralLaborers Partnerwithhiringmanagerstounderstandworkforceplanningneeds,projectstaffingrequirements,andhiringpriorities. Sourcecandidatesthroughjobboards,socialmedia,tradeschools,unions,employeereferrals,communityorganizations,andindustrynetworkingevents. Buildandmaintaintalentpipelinesforhigh-volumeandhard-to-fillconstructionpositions. Conductcandidatescreeninginterviewsandcoordinatehiringmanagerinterviews. Manageoffernegotiationsandensureapositivecandidateexperiencethroughouttherecruitmentprocess. Attendjobfairs,tradeassociationevents,workforcedevelopmentprograms,andcommunityoutreachinitiatives. Developrelationshipswithlocalvocationalschools,technicalcolleges,apprenticeshipprograms,andindustryorganizations. Trackrecruitingmetricsincludingtime-to-fill,sourceeffectiveness,candidatequality,andhiringmanagersatisfaction. Maintainapplicanttrackingsystem(ATS)recordsandensurecompliancewithemploymentlawsandcompanypolicies. SupportonboardingeffortsandcollaboratewithHRAndoperationsteamstoensuresuccessfulemployeeintegration. RequiredQualifications Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfieldpreferred;equivalentexperiencewillbeconsidered. Minimum 5yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperience . Demonstratedexperiencerecruitingskilledtradesandconstructionprofessionals. Strongknowledgeofconstructionterminology,tradeclassifications,andproject-basedstaffingrequirements. ExperienceusingApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS)andrecruitingplatformssuchasLinkedInRecruiter,Indeed,CareerBuilder,andindustry-specificrecruitingchannels. Provenabilitytomanagemultiplerequisitionsinafast-pacedenvironment. Excellentcommunication,interviewing,negotiation,andrelationship-buildingskills. Validdriver'slicenseandabilitytotravellocallythroughouttheOrlandoandCentralFloridamarketasneeded. PreferredQualifications Experiencerecruitingwithinoneormoreofthefollowingindustries: CommercialConstruction ResidentialConstruction IndustrialConstruction Infrastructure/HeavyCivilConstruction Mechanical,Electrical,andPlumbing(MEP) SpecialtyContracting Knowledgeofconstructionlabormarketsandprevailingwageprojects. Experiencesupportinghigh-volumefieldhiringandworkforceplanninginitiatives. BilingualEnglish/Spanishpreferred. SuccessFactors Thesuccessfulcandidatewill: Maintainastrongpipelineofqualifiedconstructiontalent. Consistentlymeethiringobjectivesandstaffingdeadlines. Buildtrustedpartnershipswithoperationalleaders.
