What's In Store For You

• Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
• Gain hands-on experience supporting customers within a regulated banking environment.
• Receive training on internal banking systems, customer information platforms, compliance requirements, and organizational processes.
• Build experience across multiple customer-service channels, including phone and digital communications.
• Develop knowledge of banking products, account servicing, lending support, and financial-services compliance.
• Contract assignment scheduled from October 13, 2026 through April 11, 2027 .

How You Will Make An Impact

• Serve as a frontline resource for customers with questions about banking products, services, accounts, and transactions.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries received through phone and potentially digital channels such as email, online chat, and social media.
• Research accounts and use available systems, documentation, and internal resources to resolve customer questions and service issues.
• Process account transactions and maintenance requests accurately while following established policies and procedures.
• Work toward resolving customer needs during the initial interaction whenever possible.
• Identify appropriate opportunities to connect customers with additional banking products or specialized sales resources.
• Support customers with questions involving loan products and other financial-services offerings.
• Escalate complex requests when additional expertise or authorization is required.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow applicable banking compliance standards, including BSA, AML, OFAC, suspicious activity reporting, lending, and deposit requirements.

Are You A Proven Customer Service Professional Ready To Make An Impact?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated success providing strong customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers by phone and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed and customer-focused during high-volume interactions.
• Ability to research customer issues, follow established procedures, and accurately document or complete account activity.
• Comfortable learning multiple systems and navigating customer information databases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established banking and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience in a high-volume call center or service center is preferred.
• 1+ year of high-volume customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Previous exposure to Jack Henry SilverLake or another banking/customer information system is a plus.
• Ability to recognize customer needs and appropriately refer potential opportunities to other banking professionals.
