We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Electrical Project Manager to join our team. This is a thrilling opportunity to be part of a leading construction company, where you will be responsible for managing various electrical projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Details
Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of electrical projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standard, within budget, and on schedule.
Manage and coordinate the efforts of the project team, which may include engineers, architects, and contractors.
Utilize your electrical knowledge and engineering skills to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress and cost tracking reports.
Manage the bidding process, including the selection of contractors and the negotiation of contracts.
Ensure all necessary electrical permits are obtained and adhered to throughout the project.
Use Procore Construction Software to manage project information, documentation, and communication.
Handle marina and commercial electrical projects, ensuring all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects.
Proven experience in cost tracking, budgeting, and managing complex electrical projects.
Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world projects.
Experience with Procore Construction Software is essential.
Familiarity with marina and commercial electrical systems, including the ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a project team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Must possess a valid electrical permit or certification.
