ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding coverage, customer needs, and how to truly help people when it matters most. I attended the University of Illinois in Champaign and am a proud parent of two. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, and staying active—snowboarding used to be a favorite before moving to the Midwest.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Danny Chung - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
