Litigation Paralegal

Overview Location: Houston, Texas. Seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Paralegal to join a Plaintiff Personal Injury team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a proactive legal professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on litigation support experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain litigation calendars, ensuring critical deadlines are met Draft and respond to written discovery Prepare case files for depositions, mediations, and trials Handle electronic court filings with precision Coordinate hearings and monitor compliance with docket control orders Organize and compile trial binders and mediation materials Provide consistent, high-level support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation Qualifications At least 3–5 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law Proficient in litigation procedures and docket management Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail Fully Covered Employee Health Insurance, Vision and Dental, Flexible spending account, Life insurance, Health Savings account, PTO, 401(k) and 401(k) matching.
