• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our talented Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and multidisciplinary team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Hands-On Therapy: Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions in diverse settings—whether it’s in our clinic, at home, or in the community.
• Crisis Management: Be a pillar of support during challenging moments, applying de-escalation techniques and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices.
• Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of client sessions and progress in accordance with our standards and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A current RBT certification from the BACB is preferred - however, if you do not yet hold your RBT, we offer an internship opportunity to help you obtain it.
• Skills: Strong understanding of behavior principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience: Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred. Familiarity with the Jewish community and diverse age groups is a plus.
• Flexibility: A willingness to travel to client locations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability: Evening and Sunday availability preferred. We are currently looking for part-time and floater positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in applied behavior analysis across various settings.
• Comfort with technology for data collection and analysis.
