Job Duties:

• Operate a fixed-track welder to heat and weld thermoplastic composite materials into rolls (kits).
• Use a handheld iron for touch-ups and weld repairs.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while standing for 8-10 hours.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects.
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, loading, and general labor tasks.
• Use basic hand tools and follow standardized production processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures while working around production equipment and machinery.
• Support other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive work and stay focused throughout the shift.
• Able to stand for long periods (8-10 hours).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Experience with hand tools is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
