Provider Recruiter: Value-Based Care Talent Scout

Oak Street Health in Chicago is seeking a recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and behavioral health clinicians. You will partner with clinical leaders to understand needs, attract top talent, and align hires with value-based care principles.
