Your Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians (based on credentialing)
• Providing education to patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and management of diseases
• Prescribing medications and therapies within the capacity of your practice

• Accurately documenting patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or related specialty certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure within 90 days)
