We are seeking both Electrical Estimators and Senior Electrical Estimators to join the preconstruction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with experienced industry leaders, and play a critical role in securing future business.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform detailed electrical takeoffs and quantity surveys
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates
• Analyze project scope, identify risks, and evaluate value-engineering opportunities
• Solicit and review vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Prepare complete bid packages and estimate summaries
• Support design-build and negotiated project pursuits
• Partner with project managers, field leadership, and preconstruction teams throughout the bidding process
• Assist in project turnover and handoff following award

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience (Mid-Level)
• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience ( Senior -Level)
• Experience estimating commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience with electrical takeoffs and bid preparation
• Proficiency with Accubid Enterprise or similar estimating software
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bluebeam Revu experience
• Preconstruction experience
• Design-build project experience
• Vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Data center project experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Lemont, IL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
