Overview
We are seeking a skilled Handyman/construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be capable of performing a variety of home repairs, remodeling tasks, painting, and drywall work and lawn mowing.

Duties

• Perform general home repairs.
• Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Execute remodeling projects.
• Conduct painting and drywall work required to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all safety protocols are followed. during maintenance activities.

Skills

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with residential painting and drywall techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in all tasks.
