DEFINITION: Under limited supervision, performs complex social work and high‑risk case management functions directly related to assessing for the immediate and ongoing protection and well‑being of vulnerable populations as governed by state and federal laws. Assists the unit supervisor with providing technical guidance and training to staff on personal safety and risk assessments as a policy expert in mandated services that support the protection and well‑being of vulnerable populations.
