Job Summary Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance sales, ability to work independently without micromanagement. Compensation Package Base Salary + Commission Structure: $50,000 - $100,000 annually Year 1: Base salary plus a percentage on new business. Year 2: Reduced base salary with increased earnings from new business and renewals. Year 3: Further reduced base salary with a focus on new business and renewal commissions. Responsibilities Drive sales of personal lines insurance products, including standard and high-value policies. Build and maintain strong client relationships within the San Antonio area. Manage and grow a book of business, with the option to service your accounts or focus solely on sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales. Proven sales performance with documentation of results from the past three years (e.g., pay stubs). Strong knowledge of the San Antonio market and ability to leverage local connections. Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure in previous roles. Self-motivated and capable of working independently without the need for micromanagement.
