Professional Liability Attorney - Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect - Melville, NY

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking an  Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney (“A&E/CD”)with 2 to 5 years of experience for its Melville office .

The Opportunity

Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have experience representing design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases. Preferably candidates for this position will have a proven trial track record , and experience at the state and federal level . Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support.

We are extremely proud of our sophisticated A&E/CD practice , and our attorney's abilities not only to try cases, but leverage their experience and reputation to achieve excellent results and reach creative resolutions for our clients and their insurers.

The A&E/CD practice group is team-work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $200,000 which is negotiable dependent on experience level and portable business.
