We are currently looking for a Part Time 29 Announcer to join our GM, SCORE team located at the SCORE - South Central Oklahoma Radio Enterprise.
Summary:Executes airtime talent including "radio show" by running specific broadcasting equipment and utilizing personal creativity to reach the general public targeting sales and entertainment purposes. Responsibilities:
* Report news, weather, PSAs and miscellaneous information to ensure the listening audience receives accurate and up-to-date information
* Plays music by following the station's on-air format and organized daily content as arranged by the Program Director
* Creates commercial voice production and manages program logs on a daily basis
* Performs remote broadcasting locally for client promotions in achieving revenue sales
* Interacts with public and clients by conducting sales by interviewing clients and meeting their advertising needs
* Must adhere to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guidelines and mandates
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
