Must-Have: Outpatient experience, ability to work variable shifts

Description:
Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation utilizing departmental clinical guidelines and protocols.
Participates in team conferences and rounds for the purpose of coordinating the patient's plan of care.
Provides patient and family education and training.
Must stay until 19:00 on Monday and Wednesday.
No weekends, floating, or call required.
