Production Operator

We’re hiring Production Operators to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in a clean, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in production, machine operation, warehouse work, or general labor.

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment

Inspect materials and prepare items for production

Package, box, and wrap finished products

Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas

Move materials using carts, manual handling, or equipment

Stack and organize finished products for shipment

Perform basic quality checks and report any issues

Enter and track information using simple computer systems

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Work with a team to meet daily production goals

Required Experience

At least 6 months of production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience

Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard work procedures

Basic computer and data entry skills

Ability to lift and move materials

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Experience

Machine operation experience

Forklift operation experience

Packaging, inventory, or general labor experience

Work Environment

Clean, organized production facility

Temperature-controlled environment

Safety-focused workplace

Team-based setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
