Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform and coordinate routine maintenance and repair tasks on fleet vehicles.

· Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly.

· Coordinate with external vendors for repair services and specialized maintenance.

· Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.

· Oversee and schedule both preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

· Address and fulfill drivers’ equipment needs and service requests.

· Order and manage inventory of truck and trailer parts.

· Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
