Implement and monitor components of the plan of care, adjusting as directed by the supervising PT. Facilitate therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, range of motion, strengthening, gait and balance training, and transfer techniques. Assist with patient positioning, mobility, and safety during therapy sessions; ensure proper use of assistive devices. Document patient progress, modify treatment notes as needed, and communicate concerns or changes to the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety plans, and carryover strategies to support recovery and functional independence. Requirements Ability to work effectively in a LTAC/LTC setting in Waldorf, MD Strong written and verbal communication skills; accurate documentation Willingness to participate in facility onboarding and credentialing processes Availability for a 5x8 day shift with guaranteed 35 hours per week Eligibility to work in the United States Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours for the assignment 13-week contract duration Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding coordination Weekly pay issued per week 24/7 travel support during the assignment
