Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and dynamic Leasing Manager to join our team at Glenmont Forest Apartments in Glenmont, MD. The ideal candidate will supervise and motivate an on-site marketing team.

This position is currently eligible for leasing bonuses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Management of Leasing Operations.
• Ensures daily inspection of community and apartments to ensure marketing readiness, curb appeal, favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives, and public recognition.
• Oversees and trains leasing staff on the functions necessary to close the sale, including setting appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and any follow-up necessary.
• Ensure that the leasing/marketing sales process is followed.
• Review and make recommendations for advertising, including print, digital, and social media.
• Ensures the regular completion of market surveys and outreach programs such as open houses.
• Develops and implements procedures and programs to retain residents while maintaining revenue.
• Ensures that leasing staff places customer needs, requests, and follow-up as a number one priority.

• Previous leasing or sales management experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
