Previous experience working with children is preferred. In this role you will be working inside of a school setting, many times inside of different classrooms. Our compassionate therapists at Kids Thrive specialize in supporting a high-acuity early childhood population. With a focus on both group and individual services, our dedicated professionals provide a safe and nurturing environment where young minds can flourish.**Key Responsibilities:*** Co-lead Day Treatment groups with Group Facilitator.* Provide individual and family therapy.* Conduct family interviews and offer referrals to appropriate resources.* Provide crisis intervention to clients as needed.* Complete Intakes, Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Discharge Summaries.* Contribute to treatment team meetings and collaborate with other providers on the team.**Job Requirements:****Education:*** Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling* Licensure in the State of Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)**Who we are**As parents, we see the potential in our little ones, from the youngest age.
