Description Overview: A Specialist’s main responsibility is providing superior customer service, facilitating efficient sales transactions and general maintenance of the sales floor.Maintaining our standard of superior customer service with each interaction. Educating customers, listening with empathy, showing compassion, and understanding while facilitating a successful purchase/transaction, Specialists are responsible for partnering with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations based on their specific store schedule and operations. Specialists adheretocompanypoliciesandactswithintegrityunderthedirectsupervisionofthe StoreManagement Team. In adherence to all compliance regulations governing the purchasing and selling of cannabis and non- cannabis product, the Specialist will partner with the Store Management Team in each location to support all facets of policy and procedures and sales floor duties. **** Must be available to work weekends and holidays **** Core Responsibilities: Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging thecustomer through conversation andexceptional service. Physical Demands: Whileperformingthedutiesofthisjobtheemployeeisfrequentlyrequiredtostand,walk,usehands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and required to lift a min of 50lbs.
