Daily Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Perform minor procedures such as suturing, and incision and drainage Manage acute conditions and provide ongoing care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Required Skills: Family Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner certification DEA License and American Nurses Credentialing Center certification Urgent Care/Emergency Department experience Proficiency in procedures such as foreign body removal, suture removal, Incision & Drainage, toe/fingernail removal, X-ray interpretation, and fracture care Strong background in acute care and occupational medicine Nice to Have Skills: Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine Knowledge of occupational medicine (Occ Med) practices Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $130,000.00 Maximum Salary: $150,000.00 Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match, Flexible Schedules Paid Parental Leave, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability Company Information: Vital Care Urgent Care provides comprehensive and affordable urgent medical care to the Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, and Abilene communities through its walk-in clinic.
