Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with Care Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their support systems on therapeutic techniques that facilitate ongoing improvement in their home environment
• Monitor Patient Progress: Keep track of clinical data and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous patient progress

Education

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
