Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and residential amenities, verify authorized entry when required, and report maintenance concerns, rule violations, and/or suspicious activity according to site procedures. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
