SummaryThis position is responsible for daily activities to support the LXP Warehouse department. This includes loading and unloading trucks, receiving inventory, cycle counting, database management, pulling inventory for shipment, and other duties as assigned. Skills in the areas of organization, warehousing, inventory audit, word processing, automated cycle counts, and barcoding is inherent to this position. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Bar code, scan, and place the product in the locationUpload scanners and correct batch errorsPull, scan, clean, and stage product for deliveryPrepare and evaluate Warehouse Management System (WMS) inventory reportsWMS administrationManage cycle counts and perform auditsResponsible for problem resolution with planners and installersMaintain equipment and suppliesFoster a professional attitude, cooperation, and team effortMaintain a safe, secure work environment at all timesKeep the dock area clean and organized at all times.Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor Education and/or ExperienceValid North Carolina (or other state issued) driver's license required.Pass all pre-employment checksAttitude for teamwork and showing initiativeDetail-orientedProven organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a self-directed work environmentMicrosoft Word and Excel experience preferredExperience with warehouse software preferred Safety training required:Reporting Injuries to Storr HR Career Path:Warehouse Manager BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision401K with match potentialMaternity and Paternity leave2 weeks of PTOWork / Life Balance Satisfactory MVR (driving record)D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require a drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check, and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
