Product Finisher

Overview The Product Finisher works as part of a team to assemble, inspect, and package product for Amcor Shield Pack. The role focuses on facilitating timely manufacturing and delivery while maintaining safe work practices and adhering to food safety and GMP guidelines. Shifts rotate on a 2‑week basis, with daytime (6am–6pm) and nighttime (6pm–6am) schedules and an Attendance Point System in place. Responsibilities Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times. Perform handwork including cutting, inspecting, sealing, gluing, taping, labeling, and spouting. Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment. Perform quality checks on products and parts. Review work orders and drawings to ensure work is performed according to specification. Complete production reports as needed. Practice good housekeeping, including sweeping, dusting, and wiping tables. Actively participate in required safety and technical trainings. Inspect all goods produced and ensure packaging quality. Trim and ensure the accuracy of all goods produced. Maintain data accuracy for all transactions. Perform other duties as assigned to keep production streamlined and successful. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum six months of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred). Ability to read diagrams and follow directions. Strong customer focus (internal and external). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent accuracy and consistency in data entry and delivery. Ability to prioritize tasks and maximize job efficiency. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lb. Tolerance for potential contact with chemicals and cleaning supplies. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, turn, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods. Regular exposure to moderate noise levels in a manufacturing environment. Occasional exposure to excessive noise levels. Capacity to lift up to 50lb. May be required to wear PPE including approved gloves, steel‑toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
