About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer/Vice President for Administration and Finance to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of campus-wide financial and capital construction strategic plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the campus budget, leading the annual budget process, and advising on the development of financial and administrative policies. This executive-level position requires a comprehensive financial and administrative background, with a focus on budgetary management, financial and strategic planning, and enterprise risk management. The role also involves providing leadership to various campus units, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' progressively responsible analytical experience, including at least 4 years in a major budgetary program within a college or university setting. A postgraduate degree in a related discipline is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government regulations related to higher education, experience in a collective bargaining environment, and technical fluency with financial and human resources management systems. Key skills include executive-level leadership, organizational development, and the ability to set and manage strategic priorities. The role demands exceptional communication skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and a collaborative approach to fostering a culture of service and innovation.
