Nursing Position - Skilled Nursing

Schedule
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Days: Monday - Friday with a weekend rotation

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements
- Active nursing license
- Relevant certifications
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Assist patients with daily activities and rehabilitation exercises.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and ongoing care needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation and training will be provided.
- Background checks and drug screening are required.
- Dress code includes professional nursing attire.
