Position Summary Pre Admissions Nurse - Responsible for teamwork and coordination of nursing care to include collection and analysis of assessment data, determining nursing diagnosis, identifying expected outcomes, developing plan of care in collaboration with patient/family and interdisciplinary team members as appropriate. Identifies interventions to attain expected outcomes, implements interventions, evaluates progress, documents process. Includes sensitivity to age specific and unique needs of patient/family. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital setting. Registered Nurse (RN) required. BLS. Must obtain ACLS & PALS within 30 days of hire.
