We are looking for a few HVAC/R Install Technicians to join our team!

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

$18 - $30 hourly

• Working with copper refrigeration line sets to construct, build, install, and repair equipment for commercial and industrial use 

• Identifying equipment maintenance risks and hazards 

• Maintain collaborative working relationships with customers and coworkers 

• Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial  

• Perform installation of HVAC-related equipment while following company policies and manufacturer's specifications 

• Understanding of the principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating 

• Ability to use hand and power tools associated with the HVAC field 

• This position is safety sensitive 

• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in HVACR installation or a similar field. 

• Must be able to travel out of the area for work 

• Demonstrate mechanical competence and skills 

• Understanding principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating 

• Excellent verbal and communication skills in order to manage HVAC protocols 

• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done the first time correctly 

• Class E driver's license and OSHA certification are highly preferred and will be required within 30-60 days of employment.
