Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited : As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for building the relationship with the key customers as well as meeting the needs of different customers with the best value-added solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years managing a sales team and operation; Strong understanding of sales reporting and ability to implement appropriate metrics; Entrepreneurial spirit and superior work ethic with the burning desire to succeed; Demonstrated competitive spirit within a team environment; Having strong technical and marketing skills in related business for a minimum of 5 years experience; Strong interpersonal and communication/ leadership skills; Good key account relationship management skills; Familiar with US and China sales channels, laws and policies; Must understand and have knowledge digital tech products, e-commerce; Must speak and write in both Mandarin and English well; Green Card or Authorize to work in the US Benefits & Compensation: Compensation will be a base salary and bonus, based on company's and individual performance.
