  What You’ll Do

• Work with a crew of 3–5 guys

• Help install pavers, turf, walls, rock, drainage, grading

• Follow directions from the foreman

• Help keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized

• Load/unload materials, run equipment (if experienced), and learn new skills

  Who We Want

• Experience in landscape or construction is a plus (but not required for the right person)

• Strong work ethic — shows up on time and ready to go

• Takes pride in doing quality work

• Can follow instructions and be a team player

• Respectful, reliable, and willing to learn

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus
