Job Description Primary Care Physician, Outpatient Senior Care Brooksville, Florida | one hour north of Tampa Full time | New graduates and experienced physicians welcome The opportunity. Picture a primary care day where a full team carries the admin, you actually know your patients, and your only call is a phone that goes quiet by dinner. No hospital rounds. No emergency room. No RVU treadmill. Just medicine, and your life, both intact. Most physicians do not leave medicine. They leave the treadmill: too many patients a day, endless charting, and weekend call that never lets go. This seat is built to remove exactly that. You get unhurried time with patients, a supported panel, and a model that rewards quality and outcomes over volume, inside a practice that is growing fast and backed by one of the nation's largest senior care organizations. An MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with an active Florida license or the ability to obtain one.
