Inventory Control Coordinator

Overview Preferably, experience in apparel manufacturing environment Bachelors degree or Associates degree is required. Work experience in the apparel industry of at least 5 years. Must be computer literate with fluency in Microsoft XP, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency. Ability to make spreadsheets for requisitions to purchasing dept along with excellent analyzing skills to plan production components in accordance with production plans. Good verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities The Inventory Control Coordinator handles all aspects of planning and requisitioning materials for the Apparel Manufacturing Division. Controls, coordinates, inputs information to the Great Plains accounting system and generates reports regarding inventory stock status, analyzes utilization of components, enters new items and issues the Bill of Materials. Also is responsible for generating reports to assist management such as Cutting Utilization reports, Direct Labor reports, and other duties as assigned.
