Senior Tax Manager OpportunityLocation: Erie / Northwestern Pennsylvania (hybrid)Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000, depending on experienceA well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Erie and Northwestern Pennsylvania area is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead complex client relationships and help shape its tax practice. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth families, lead and develop teams, and have a real path to Director or Partner.Oversee a large portfolio of complex business and individual clientsProvide final-level review of complex returns and planning deliverablesLead tax planning, entity structuring, and transaction-related tax workAddress multistate, trust, and specialty tax matters as neededRepresent clients before taxing authoritiesManage engagement economics, billing, and realizationLead, coach, and develop managers, seniors, and staffDrive business development and expand existing relationshipsBachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus8+ years of tax experience in public accountingActive CPA license (required)Deep technical knowledge of pass-through, corporate, and individual taxationA track record of managing teams and client relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAn entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business developmentUncompromising integrityBase salary of $95,000 - $120,000, depending on experienceExcellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefitsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysHybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity)Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional educationReal opportunities for career advancementAll applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
