Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2448.00/week –

Job Summary:
Provide exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver timely and efficient medical services during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.

• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes.

• Document patient information accurately within the Epic charting system.

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

• Complete all assigned modules and attend staff meetings prior to start date.

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina or Compact RN license in hand.

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.

• Certification in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS required; TNCC preferred.

• Ability to float within scope to meet unit needs.

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Must complete all onboarding modules before start.
