We're looking for a new Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established healthcare organization in Northern California. Position Highlights:

• General Orthopedic Surgery practice with the opportunity to do Sports- Join a Growing Orthopedic Team in a hospital-employed setting* Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek, blocked OR time, and shared call that is considered light (no trauma call) ensuring excellent work-life integration.

Compensation & Perks:

• $808,000 starting salary, plus a generous $100,000 signing bonus, and up to $100,000 in loan repayment
• Comprehensive benefits package includes retirement with match, malpractice with tail coverage, 8 Weeks PTO, Paid Holidays and $5000 CME allowance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Open to 2027 graduating residents/fellows
• Position is NOT offering H1B or J1 visa sponsorship
