What You'll Do: Deliver individualized massage treatments based on each patient's health goals and clinical needs Perform deep tissue and medical massage modalities with confidence Educate patients on treatment plans that support their broader wellness or recovery Keep accurate session documentation Work as part of a collaborative wellness and medical team What You Bring: Current state massage therapy license and liability insurance Strong knowledge of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system Comfort with deep tissue and medical massage Lymphatic drainage or cupping certification a plus Excellent communication skills with patients and teammates High ethics, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people feel and function better Why Join Us: Pay: $30–$45 per service hour +50% commission on add-ons ($10–$25 range) + 100% of gratuities Weekly pay Supportive, medically-informed team Meaningful work with a veteran patient population Growth opportunities as we expand to new locations #J-18808-Ljbffr WellSpa
